All our products are made to order using a Print-on-Demand model. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment partner Qikink for printing, packaging, and shipping. Order processing usually takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days after dispatch
    Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at the time of placing your order. Ravn Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

8. Order Tracking

9. International Shipping

At present, Ravn Store ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery.
