At Ravn Store (“we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Since all our products are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand process, returns and refunds are handled with care and fairness. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, replacements, or issue refunds.
1. Made-to-Order Products
Each product on Ravn Store is printed only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dislike of the product. Please check all size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only if:
You received a defective or damaged product.
You received the wrong product or design.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@ravnstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Return Process
Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide return instructions.
Do not send any items back without prior confirmation from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided or if the product is out of stock. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or wrong items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:
Items returned without original packaging or in used condition.
Customized or personalized products.
Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or shipping details by the customer.
6. Order Cancellations
Because all products are printed after order confirmation, cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
7. Damaged Packages
If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos or videos before opening and contact us immediately. This helps us resolve the issue with our shipping partner.
