7. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are made-to-order, we accept returns or replacements only in case of defects, damage, or wrong items received. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos at support@ravnstore.com. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
